Founded in 1992, Sol Y Mar Family Beach Resort is 5,500-square meter beach resort located in Zayco Farm in Barangay Namocon Tigbaun, Iloilo. It’s approximately 200 meters away from the national highway.
Although Sol Y Mar is known to be a family beach resort, it has also been known as one of the favorite places for groups of friends “barkadas” to visit and hang out. Getting There
From the Iloilo City, you can either go to Iloilo Terminal Market and take a TIGBAUAN jeepney or go to MOHON Terminal in Oton. In Mohon you can either take GUIMBAL, MIAG-AO or TIGBAUAN jeepneys. Just tell the driver to drop you off at Sol Y Mar.
An added attraction is its wide beach frontage and the gradual incline of the sea bed from the beach towards the sea, luring the young as well as the old to bask under the tropical sun while relaxing.
